The Associate Vice President for Human Resources shall maintain applications of persons available for positions in the classified service and provide assistance in recruiting qualified employees for such positions. In addition, Human Resources will administer clerical skills tests and other necessary tests to applicants seeking secretarial or clerical positions. Scores achieved on these tests will be considered in evaluating applicant qualifications and these scores will be certified by Human Resources to departmental officials.
